Let's talk about RoLo

Roselin Lopez, affectionately known as RoLo, is a young Latina actress who was born and raised in the bustling city of New York. At just 13 years old, Rosie has already established herself as a talented filmmaker and actress, with a passion for storytelling that goes beyond her years.

Rosie began making short films for school and NYC film festivals when she was only 7 years old. Her love for filmmaking was evident from the start, and her dedication to the craft has earned her multiple awards, including "Best Picture" for 'Vivaporu: The Cure for Everything,' 'LatinX in America,' and 'Let's Talk about Rosie' at the 187 Film Festivals. Her work has also been recognized at the NYC Public School Film Festivals, where she received special recognition for "Vivaporu" and "LatinX in America."

One of RoLo's favorite short films is "LatinX in America," in which she portrays three vastly different characters, showcasing her versatility as an actress. Beyond filmmaking, RoLo also loves to paint and draw, and is an accomplished musician, playing the flute and enjoying a wide range of music genres including classical, jazz, merengue, bachata, and hip hop.
