Rosie a 12-year-old girl, receives an unpleasant early birthday gift that changes her life and her family's life for ever. Detective Colon and Detective Cienfuego interrogate the primary suspect about the disappearance of his partner. Things start to escalate when the suspect start avoiding the questions and bullying one of the detectives. In the Social Studies 101: Latinos in America, Ms. Roselin questions the new label, LATINX, that has been trying to catch trend on Social Media and why we should not be used. Later Ms. Roselin goes toe-to-toe with one of her students about the difference between United States of America and America.
